Description of Services

 Full body Massage:face, cranium, neck, arms, hands, back, glutes, legs, and feet.

Sweedish Massage: Combines various hands-on techniques including gliding, kneading and cross fiber friction to breakup muscle knots and called adhesions . It can be slow and gentle or vigorous and bearing depending on what the client would like to achieve.

Deep Tissue Massage:Full body massage  and targeted areas with deeper pressure to release tight muscles. Ideal for over worked muscles, athletes, and pain management. 

Myofascial Release: The "Myofascial release" is the soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. The therapy relaxes contracted muscles, improves blood and lymphatic circulation and stimulates stretch reflex in muscles.

Reflexolog: A therapeutic method of  relieving pain by stimulating predefined pressure points on the feet and hands  and by stimulating nerves in the body and encourage the flow of blood.

Couples Massage: You and a partner can enjoy separate high quality massages for 60, 90, or 120 minutes each. I am one therapist so I work one one person at a time 

All Massages can be customized to suit your needs. 

 To ensure the best quality of massage for my clients, I only            offer up to 6 hours of massage per day. Because of these limits I book up fast so please allow 7-10 days advance noticefor booking.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and I am fully insured through the Bodywork Liability Insurance program. Documents will be provided per request.
